My background in Customer Service for more than a decade has helped me hone the following skills: phone etiquette, empathy, adaptability, attention to details, clear and effective communication. My experience has enabled me to learn that the best approaches for working effectively with customers are to listen attentively, deal with the issue, and follow-up for satisfaction assurance. I learned how to deal with different types of call center customers. It taught me also how to resolve an issue quickly at first contact or first-call resolution. Half of my customer service career,I handled back-office tasks which contributed to me for being detail-oriented. I ensure that the customer’s accounts are updated accurately. I worked in the Manufacturing Industry (Electronics) as my first job. I handled 2 positions: 1. Quality Assurance Inspector wherein I perform an inspection on all finished goods before shipping to the customers. 2. Trainer wherein I conduct technical orientation of products to rank and file employees prior endorsing them to the Production floor. I recently finished a freelance course which includes General virtual assistant tasks, Social media basics, social media marketing, Simple website creation, Content marketing, and SEO strategies.
