Evangeline has 13 years’ experience in the construction industry, out of which 12 years are dedicated to large scale civil engineering projects including mass rapid transit systems and depot in Singapore and the UAE. She specialises in contracts and claims administration and also possesses expertise to provide commercial advice during the daily running of the project. Evangeline has in depth experience of the FIDIC standard forms of contract, in particular the Red book.Evangeline’s experience is focused on contract management during the construction and maintenance phases, including facilitating and engaging in commercial negotiations between the parties to the contract.Evangeline holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building from the National University of Singapore (Second Class Upper Honours); and was awarded the Advanced Certificate in International Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK.
