Currently the Associate Head Strength & Conditioning Coach working with baseball, women's lacrosse, men's soccer, and M/W Tennis, assisting Men's Lacrosse. 2023 and 2024 Athletic Staff Member of The Year. Oversee Internship Program and The Sports Nutrition Budget and Purchasing. Previously worked as a Graduate Assistant with the Athletics Department at Wagner College. While at Wagner College, I worked with the Men's Lacrosse and Women's Water Polo teams, as well as assist with training for the Football team. I have also worked with Women's Golf, Triathlon, Men's Golf, Men's Swim and Dive, Women's Swim and Dive, Men's Water Polo, Men's Tennis. I have assisted with Baseball as well. I received my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise and Sport Science in 2013. While working on my Bachelors, I was a member on the Temple University Football Team from 2009-2013, earning 3 varsity letters. I was apart of 3 winning seasons, 2 bowl games (Eaglebank Bowl 2009, Gildan New Mexico Bowl 2011), 1 bowl game victory(Gildan New Mexico Bowl), and 2 conference realignments(Big East and American Athletic Conference). I have worked as a Head Strength Coach for Camden Catholic H.S. and have over 8 years of personal training experience in the Philadelphia Area.
