As a 3B Mechatronics Engineering student at the University of Waterloo, I am currently broadening my academic and professional horizons during an exchange term at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. My diverse co-op experiences span research, industrial, and aerospace fields, where I have taken on roles as a machine learning engineer, electrical engineer, and hardware engineer.My passion for robotics has become a central focus of my career aspirations, and I aim to work as an embedded software developer. In addition to my engineering experience, I have contributed to the field of machine learning through research at the University of Waterloo. I co-authored a paper published in the Chemistry of Materials journal titled "Interpretable Machine Learning Model on Thermal Conductivity Using Publicly Available Datasets and Our Internal Lab Dataset." I am also planning to contribute to another publication that explores the application of deep learning in materials informatics.Outside of my professional life, I believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I enjoy playing volleyball, working out, and going on runs. These activities help me stay energized and focused, both in my career and personal life.These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive skill set and a unique perspective, fueling my enthusiasm for advancing robotics technology and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
