About Evan Happel

My first exposure to the multifamily industry was as a community ambassador, starting in 2009. This was a volunteer role where I helped foster a sense of community in apartments.I have served in the multifamily space as a full-time supplier since 2015, first with Apartment Life as the Regional President and have been the director of marketing at Community Boss since October 2020. Starting in 2025, I will serve my local association as a board member, with WMFHA.A key aspect of my role with Community Boss entails hosting a weekly live show, called Boss Talks, in which I engage in dynamic conversations with accomplished individuals who are considered “bosses” in the multifamily industry. This platform serves as an interactive forum, as I actively encourage viewers to participate by posing questions and sharing their comments.I am deeply committed to fostering a sense of community around the Community Boss brand and empowering professionals in multifamily. I also am driven by a genuine passion for enabling individuals to lead like true bosses in their respective roles.
