I have a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, where I explored the intersections of identity, culture, and power. I am currently a Personal Financial Advocate II at Kinecta Federal Credit Union, where I help members build upon their personal and business financial goals through our general banking services, support with management of accounts, loans, maintaining meaningful connections, serving as a bridge to wealth management, and more. I have core competencies in banking, cash handling, and customer relations, which I have developed through my work experience and education. In my previous role as a Teller at Wells Fargo, I handled daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. I also provided excellent customer service, resolved issues, and cross-sold products and services via successful referrals. I am passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and dreams, and I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a Personal Financial Advocate II. I am also a student pilot at Ascent Aviation Academy, where I learn and practice flying skills and techniques. I enjoy the challenge and thrill of flying.
