My role at HealthRight 360 is two-fold. First, I work with a team of diverse, energetic individuals to address the daily and systematic support needs for HealthRight providers using our electronic medical records program. Second, I work to develop, maintain and modify our training structure to more efficiently and effectively engage new and existing personnel in medical record usage.

Silicon Valley

Currently, I am assisting the Santa Clara County Training Coordinator, as well as an active member of the local Disaster Action Team as both a Dispatcher and Technician.

Belmont, Ma

As shift manager, I was responsible for writing the schedule, supervising and editing payroll, inventory management, and reviewing profit and loss reports. Additionally, I worked with my team of fellow shift managers to set goals and create action plans for new marketing roll-outs and products. Finally, I worked with the store manager to interview, hire and train new employees and mentor new shift managers.

Cushing Square, Boston

As a barista, my main responsibilities were to assist customers and ensure quality satisfaction through flow supervision, inventory management, and response to customer feedback. In addition, I acted as a barista trainer for new employees and acted as lead barista when the shift supervisor was not on the floor.

Specialists assisted patients with daily living activities, and coordinated group therapy sessions and activities. We also worked closely with the doctors and social services staff to communicate patients' needs, concerns and progress. Finally, we constructed detailed accounts of each patient's activities and communications each shift, in order to give their treatment team a comprehensive assessment of the patient's progress.

Dorchester, Boston, Ma

As director, I developed a summer schedule and program for a camp of over 100 students from the low income Franklin Hills and Franklin Fields communities of Boston. We interviewed, hired and trained a coalition of 20 staff members, including 12 youths from the community. I was also responsible for raising and managing a budget of 55,000 dollars, reducing prior debt legacy. Finally, during camp, I managed daily operations, worked closely with community partners and participants' families, and ensured that our camp maintained high safety and licensing standards.
