Worked for Cardinal Towne and BMOC and was responsible for providing overall management and leadership in residential building(s)/areas housing 380 residents and 11 commercial tenants. Principal responsibilities included staff supervision and development, residential education, community development, crisis management, administration and building management, student discipline, hall council advising, summer operations, and other departmental/university-wide responsibilities. Created events for residents and worked to sustain a satisfactory living environment for all residents. Worked to attain leases renewals and attain new residents for the upcoming year.
