• Presented an initial idea I had to the CEO of Spinesmith to create a non-profit spin-off for the purpose of raising money for stem-cell research projects and demonstrating the value of the technology to the public.• Wrote a business plan and obtained both approval and funding from Spinesmith's CEO.• Drafted all paperwork to obtain the 501c3 designation.• Built the foundation's website with the purpose of informing the public about stem-cell research and to solicit donations.• Participated with Spinesmith upper management in the interviewing and selection of an executive director for the foundation.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve- web related issues with emphasis on Linux/cPanel/WHM on shared and dedicated hosting environments. Extensive web hosting experience with these platforms. Knowledge of dns, http, exim, .htaccess, apache, SSH, WHM/cPanel, access logs, CentOS and some proficiency in most major front end languages. This included managing a $1.2 million annual Adwords campaign, making regular updates and efficiency improvements to their 13,000 page site and associated servers, and building new web-based components to facilitate new sales promotions and other growing technological needs.• Increased company's overall profit margin through efficiency improvements such as building remarketing features that extended Adwords' dollars, migrated the company website and associated databases to a new load balancing server setup for improved caching and memory allocation, and modified the company's dynamic price feed pinging structure to reduce costs in off-market hours.• Reported weekly to upper management on sales numbers and progress updates for online promotion efforts and various technological updates being instituted.

• Managed the technology infrastructure for a $15 million medical firm and developed several cutting edge applications for the company while keeping costs low through project managing an international team of developers.• Built application from the ground up as lead project manager. This was a php application that collected patient data about stem-cell procedures being performed in the U.S. for the intent of aiding future FDA approvals of the technology. We collected over 3,000 submissions from doctors and nurses across the country and built a back-end database for them to use access the data for their own research and study.• Built a prototype website that allowed the viewing of live streaming surgeries and offered commercial and university level medical training services. Presented this prototype to the executive team.• Built a secure portal to organize investor documents and distribution of information to the company's 70 partners.• Managed IOS Development for Tune Hopper and prototyping.• Developed web solutions for Realtors, Doctors, Dentists, Non-profits, Municipal Districts, E-Commerce, Construction and more. • Worked on a team of 3 to negotiate a contract to purchase wind rights for 100,000 acres of wind rights in North Texas for the purpose of selling a packaged deal for energy development to BP, Shell, or T. Boone Pickens. Company stopped its operations after T. Boone Pickens cancelled their plan of investing $1 billion into the region.
