Cqi Specialist
-Lead CQI initiative throughout Workforce Development Department by implementing protocols that promote contractual obligations and compliance.-Utilize database system to manage program reporting and data integrity.-Design, implement and maintain various tools, dashboards and indicators to track program impact and performance against target goals, contractual or legal obligations.-Conduct internal audits to facilitate risk management and prepare against external audits. Develop appropriate action plans in response to external audits and make recommendations as needed.-Engage program membership through retention services and outreach.
