Communicating to beverage management the need for stock of beverage items and equipment. Ensuring that clean and sanitary condition of bar service area are maintained. Maintaining organization of all beverage supplies and equipment in service areas. Completing special assignments for upper management as requested.

Arranged fish and prepared sides to be cooked while multitasking and making 100s of sauces a day. Organized kitchen and cleaned dishes in a high-speed, high intensity environment working 30 hours a week.
