As FlightBridgeED's Director of Marketing and information Technology, my story starts back in 1999 in EMS. This background has given me a real feel for what works in our field. I'm proud to have been part of the team that launched our first online advanced certification review course, a real game-changer in EMS education.I've always aimed to make technology easy and practical, remembering my own struggles with clunky digital tools in the field. This firsthand experience drives me to create systems that people actually find helpful.My educational journey, from Emergency Medical Care to Business and Marketing, has uniquely equipped me for this role, blending deep industry knowledge with a knack for business.Launching our podcast was a bold move that paid off, giving us a global voice and connecting us more closely with our audience. It's a great mix of education and outreach.One of my proudest achievements is EmergeLMS™, our learning management system, designed specifically for EMS pros. It's about providing education that's not just high-quality but also really fits our users' needs.Mentorship is close to my heart. I believe in sharing the lessons from my own path, helping others navigate their careers with a bit of guidance from someone who's been there.In all I do, whether it's marketing or tech, I focus on real results and working together.
