In this role, I acted as a mentor and role model by building close interpersonal relationships with 34 other students. I strived to be a structural part of the community through spending five hours a week through dedicated action hours and bi-weekly events to stay involved, informed, and build relationships. And I planned, organized, and ran monthly events with the intention to teach students skills to be well-rounded individuals in school and their adult life. Additionally, I facilitated weekly meetings with the residents hall association. I set and recorded meeting agendas to coordinate events with the community sector to host events for over 200 residents.

In this position, I managed customer needs through rescheduling, billing questions, and contract questions through effective and clear communication over the phone. I managed the expectations of over 60 customers daily, ensuring adherence to business regulations through utilization of computer database systems. My position required me to resolve conflict in all manners from contract, quality, and technician issues in a team of 6 individuals for a customer database exceeding 20,000 people.
