Responsible for all things Talent: designing team vision and strategy, optimizing hiring processes, establishing deliverables, and owning outcomes. Partner closely with senior executives to define recruiting strategies and programs that support the entire business as it scales (Series C to Series D; 120 to 250+ employees). Focus on developing team members and oversee hiring of all roles across all verticals and departments.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators- Partner with executive team to build hiring forecasts, strategies, and initiatives- Establish team budget, headcount, quarterly OKRs, metrics, and roadmap- Present reports and analysis to leadership team regularly- Own recruiting for all senior leadership positions- Oversee end-to-end hiring processes for all open roles- Ensure a white-glove candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager experience - Spearhead partnership with internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Program- Partner with key stakeholders to build efficient and scalable processes- Build a comprehensive library of resources (tools, guides, playbooks, etc.)- Create and launch comprehensive training programs to instill interviewing and hiring best practices- Build robust talent pipelines via multiple channels (inbound, outreach, referrals)- Increase brand awareness (conferences, networking events, social accounts, careers page, etc.)- Own and negotiate all partnerships with external vendors
