Talent Acquisition Manager
As an Account Manager, I am responsible for creating, managing, holding, and expanding client relationships within our recruiting process. The Encompass Group is a 3rd party talent acquisition company providing recruitment services for our clients. Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships in multiple locations and industries- Directly manage 3-4 recruiters, indirectly manage 6 additional based on projects- Locations include Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Orange County, Kansas City, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, & more. -Industries include custom home building, commercial construction (project managers, estimators, coordinators, accounting) accounting & finance, financial services, Executives, & more.- Client contacts include Owners, Presidents, C - Suite, Directors, & HR- Responsible for finding and vetting new technologies to increase internal productivity and external connectivity with clients. - Create and maintain division analytics based on historical data - Responsible for internal hiring for both the Talent division and HR Technology internal division.- Software & Platforms: Excel, Microsoft Suite, Zoho, Careerbuilder, Indeed, Zoominfo, etc.
