    The Agile COE is the intersectionality of all things Agile at RBC. Our mandate is to drive agile adoption and to raise maturity through focused and strategic thought leadership. As an Agile Coach, I work with and coach teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, programs, and portfolios throughout the enterprise from mobilization through to sustainment.
