I provide legal and regulatory counsel on federal energy policy issues including transmission rates, planning, and construction, wholesale power markets, Section 203 asset sales/divestitures and governance, Section 204 securities issuances, and FERC’s Uniform System of Accounts. I have extensive experience working with and managing outside counsel and consultants, and coordinating with executives, federal and state regulators, and non-profit groups. I serve on two non-profit boards, Friends of Stark Parks, and Stark County TASC. I was a member of the 33rd class of Leadership Stark County.I received a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, and a bachelors degree in Economics from The Ohio State University's - Max M. Fisher College of Business. I am a member of the Ohio Bar, the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.
