As a loan processing technician in Account Administration, I entered information from exit interviews, made changes to borrower demographic data, and enacted loan sales and transfers.In March of 2008, I received a promotion to the Claims department as a claims pre-review processor. In this position, I check lender claim information against our system, confirming guarantee amounts, out-of-school dates, and other information.I am the only person performing this task, and it is my sole responsibility to ensure that claims are verified and ready for payment in a timely manner.I also helped with adding claims to the system as needed.

I frequented Bitmob as a community writer for two years before being hired on as a writing intern in August of 2011.
