I manage a global operations team of marketing associates overseeing marketing technology implementations, budget reconciliations, marketing measurement, and global operational support. Our team executes and delivers on marketing initiates around the globe for digital, in-person and multitouch marketing campaigns, providing measurable client and prospect interactions.

Created and launched new products for the Corporate and Institutional Clients. Drove profitable client engagement through product messaging, partner sales training for back-office regulatory outsourced products. SME for shared service technology and innovation exercises with Blockchain and Robotic Process Automation.

I helped to create, build, and launch a new product related to “look-at” and “pass-through” tax treatment entities in the Hedge Fund client sector in response to FATCA. I was the program manager (and consultant) for the technology build, budget and vendor management, and over 25 internal and external stakeholders throughout the successful rollout of the solution.

My responsibilities included financial systems integration, process improvement and G/L analysis. I directed the successful overhaul of the daily balance sheet production which reconciles over $600bn in Assets daily. Additionally I automated financial reporting for month-end, producing hundreds of reports during tight deadlines. Also, I managed the integration of revenue systems used for month end reporting, adding clarity and accuracy to $4bn in revenues annually.

As a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department, my role involves reconciling G/L accounts and entering Journal Entries to help complete the monthly close process. I am in charge of calculating, and sending, month end fee's, which include 12B-1 fees, and Sales Commissions. I assist with the creation of quarterly and annual reports provided to The Board of Trustees, and special projects as needed.

As a derivatives analyst my role was to track, reconcile, and confirm all of the derivative positions held across all ING funds on a monthly rolling basis. I was in charge of creating and reviewing Derivative holdings reports. My daily tasks included communicating with individuals across the globe to manage the confirmation process, analyze and research positions to ensure consistency, and develop and track department procedures.

I assisted with the implementation of Confluence, a new mutual fund administration system, by testing and preparing fund prospectuses and annual reports.
