• Oversee/manage Interior Architectural Design including but not limited to: drafting, space planning, layouts, interior elevations, FF&E selections, coordinating with CAD Operators and Senior Architects.• Collaborate with Senior Designer, Project Manager, and Team in successfully completing assigned projects. • Lead Architectural Team in fully executing various project type. • Coordinate, prepare, present and attend Client presentations. • Coordinate meetings with Companies team member and outside team members• Create, manage and Issue Project deliverables including but not limited to: Conceptual

• Responsible for Conceptual Design, Documentations, and Design Development along with the HBA Lead/Partners. • Attend and document Clients meetings. Acquire general information required to establish type, expectations, and scope of work/criteria for the intended project.• Coordinate and administrate complete documentation for All projects required as design deliverables.• Organize, review and approve all shop drawings for furniture, millwork, and prototype samples and submittals to ensure Design is properly implemented. • Respond to, organize and track RFI's and Contractor submittals.

• Responsible for Conceptual Design, Documentations, and Design Development with direct contact with the Vice Presidents of Design. • Collaborating with other lead designers and Junior Designers in successfully completing all assigned projects. • Responsible in attending and documenting Clients meetings- Acquiring general information required to establish type, expectations, and scope of work/criteria for the intended project.• Communicate Clients needs to other Designers. • Lead Junior designers and responsible in delegating tasks in completing projects. • Responsible for Preparing Interior Architectural Punch list upon substantial completion and/or opening for review and implementation by Senior Designer, Project Manager and Contractor(s).
