As an investment banker with Citi and HSBC, I have advised on and executed over USD 20 billion of capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. As an investor and entrepreneur, I have established business in industries including computing, manufacturing, professional services, payments, investment fund, and F&B.
