Our Sodexo staff of 35 provides full Food Service to this 157 licensed bed Acute Care Hospital with an additional 35 beds in the ER. Approximately 800 employees and over 400 physicians on hospital staff. Main objectives:•Uphold client relations and customer service to Sodexo standards. •Manage cash & credit card sales for Cafe, Express Service and C-Store within Unit Financial System. •Produce weekly Cash Management, Patient Item usage and WOR reports. •Review and submit Client Invoices to assure financial satisfaction.•Maintain orderly procurement & invoicing for all purchases from multiple vendors using The Market Connection. •Coordinate special events and catering events with CaterTrax. •Utilize Food Management System for daily production logs. •Maintain department payroll using ADP E-Time. •Create weekly menus & daily signs with Sodexo Menu Graphics. •Oversee cafe, patient, physician's lounge and special function food production. •Sustain Sodexo standards and HACCP regulations within all areas and employees.

•Control all food, beverage and supply purchasing. •Created vendor orderlists and account inventory lists in The Market Connection to ensure food cost efficiency. •Supervise food production for cafe, patients, physicians lounge and special functions.•Oversee cash handling and daily cafe sales. •Ensure a safe and sanitary department by Sodexo and HACCP standards.
