CurrentAustin Nichols Technical Search is a leading recruiting firm in Kansas City specializing in engineering, manufacturing, and construction. It's been in business since 1988 and currently does the most engineering and manufacturing permanent placement work in KC.Currently, I manage operations, continuous improvement, and talent acquisition at Austin Nichols. These efforts are focused on identifying the top candidates in engineering and manufacturing industries through database, internet, and social media research. Direct management responsibilities include supervising talent acquisition specialists, training new additions to the research staff, and managing independent recruiters overseas. Indirect management responsibilities include operations, process improvement initiatives, and special projects. Additionally, I manage the Austin Nichols website, handle vendor management related tasks, and oversee the initial phases of the candidate recruiting process.
