I am a Co-Founder and Trustee at Cameron Grant Memorial Trust; we work to encourage all in mental distress to speak up and ask for help: there is always someone you can talk to. As Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) Partnership Lead working with Mental Health and Wellbeing voluntary organisations across Birmingham and Solihull I work to represent the views of the sector into the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Provider Collaborative. From March 2008-July 2009, while working on transformation projects, I was also the second-line manager for the Shared Services group in UK & Ireland Sales Operations. This team of 65 covered: pipeline reporting and analysis, customer satisfaction, coverage changes, international sales support, complaints, claims and business controls.
