CentraMart Services provides e-commerce network services and solutions in order to enhance and expand the traditional role of newspapers as the central marketplace for their communities.• Analyzed business workflow, vendor and employee processes, and associated costs for each work unit, allowing the business to quantify the utilization of its resources.• Evaluated CentraMart’s cost spreadsheets to derive total operational costs related to one newspaper column inch as part of this start up’s innovative approach to revamping traditional newspapers.• Conducted meetings and marketed start-up business concept to potential Angel investors in order to secure $1 million in Series A funding.

Coastal Frontiers Corp. specializes in arctic coastal engineering, field measurement/data collection and analysis.• Led team to second highest daily production record for offshore island armor installation, saving a day’s worth of construction expenses. • Reviewed financial and production data with team of engineers and construction managers to forecast future requirements and costs, helping to control future Arctic artificial island construction costs.• Analyzed existing armor installation process and created new process to measure and place offshore armor, reducing production time by 50%.• Led demanding small boat operations in the Arctic Ocean to provide data about critical underwater areas that could lead to offshore oil production shutdown.
