Participated in new ventures at Roivant Sciences (NASDAQ: ROIV), which is an innovative biopharmaceutical company. Led business development and acted as CFO for Roivant's drug discovery group, including completion of a $481 million ADAR1 out-licensing transaction with Boehringer Ingelheim. Advised Roivant subsidiary Datavant on the financial structuring of a $7 billion merger transaction with healthcare data management company Ciox Health.

Originated deals, conducted due diligence, negotiated transactions, and helped manage investments at a large-scale private equity fund, which has invested over $20 billion in more than 100 investments. Served on the board of key portfolio companies.

Applied data science to build fundamental models of energy markets and used these models to trade swaps, futures, and options contracts.
