Customer Service Specialist
Current▪ Hired as a full-time associate after initially supporting the organization through a contracting service. Quickly learned several areas of the business including production operations, lean manufacturing, product specifications, and customer relationship management.▪ Responsible for managing an extensive inventory of high-value technical equipment that is critical to the form, fit, and function of the final products created in the production process.▪ Deliver assistance to the IT team, providing swift troubleshooting solutions related to network, connectivity, and phone configurations. Also assist with software and hardware repairs. ▪ Sustained pre-COVID service and performance levels despite the operational challenges presented during the pandemic.▪ Maintain an advanced understanding of the various product lines and customized capabilities the company offers.
