Operational aspects of drivers

Operations NCO for Engineer Unit. My main duties are to schedule and prepare required documents for training, monitor training to ensure it meets standards, maintain records of the units training and input data into proper system of record.

Facilitates unit leadership by coaching, teaching and mentoring training units and providing After Action Reviews; assists leadership in planning coordination,and execution of training.

I am tasked to verify the product is being produced to the customer standard by weighing and measuring and logging on paperwork. Make adjustments if necessary.

Serves as an Assistant Operations Sergeant assigned to Brigade Engineer Battalion (BEB); responsible for the health, welfare, morale, training, and development of 20 Soldiers and their families; conducts operations and training on various Warrior Tasks and full spectrum operations; assists the Operations, preparation, and execution of combat training missions; enforces tactical and Soldier discipline; responsible for the accountability of equipment valued in excess of $20,000.

Reads and interprets construction drawings. Estimates material, time, equipment, and labor requirements. Supervises the construction and repair of wood frame, concrete, masonry or prefabricated structures. Supervises the installation and repair of utility systems. Inspects structures and facilities to ensure compliance with specifications. Directs operator maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment. Directs combat engineering missions.
