Most of all, I enjoy solving business problems with technology.I have extensive experience deploying and managing cloud solutions including, but not limited to: Google Workspace (G Suite), Microsoft Office 365, RMM / AV / Endpoint Security (NinjaRMM, Addigy, Webroot), Backups / Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR - Datto, Acronis, QNAP, Drobo), Networks (Meraki, UniFi and Datto/OpenMesh), SASE (Secure Access Service Edge, Todyl, Cloudflare), VoIP (RingCentral, Dialpad, Google Voice), CRM, Project Management (Mavenlink, Asana), Support Ticketing (Zendesk), Web Hosting (cPanel, WHM, WHMCS + Domain Registrar and DNS Management).As an entrepreneur and business owner, I have had to wear many hats over the years. I have executive leadership experience including hiring and managing a team. I have developed and executed business models and pricing strategies including one-time projects and recurring revenue. I’m experienced in ongoing financial planning/budgeting, bookkeeping, year-end tax filings and reporting. I have taken products and services to market, from sales strategy to contract signing and implementation. I work with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate deployments with a variety of vendors in multiple locations (on-site and remote), and across many different industries. I am eager to get in the boardroom with a decision-maker, just as proficient at end-user training, or in the network closet hooking up cables and equipment. You can also find me in my hard hat and steel-toed boots, ready for the next site planning meeting.Aside from work, I enjoy gaming, biking and reading at least 30 minutes of news every day to keep up. You may run into me at a LAN party (or even running one) on occasion. Always looking for more ways to intersect the things I enjoy with what I do.
