Space & Missile Command (SMC), Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) Achieved multiple ATO and Authorization to Connect (ATC) orders from the Air Force SpaceCommand (AFSPC). Led the accreditation of two new system RMF packages, 6 reaccreditation RMF packages, and three Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) RMF packages for the SMC, AFSCN by creating, updating, and maintaining the official records in eMASS. Held the primary Cyber Technical Lead for over 6 AFSCN communication projects throughoutthe entire system development lifecycle (SDLC). Offered valuable insight into cyber relatedbest practices, industry standards, and Defense in Depth strategies. An essential member of the Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) contract with SMC asthe lead AFSCN RMF ISSE. Worked directly with the Government Cyber Program Office. Attended and performed multiple Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) and CybersecurityVulnerability Assessments (CVA) to CONUS and OCONUS sites. Experience in configuration and use of cyber defense and vulnerability assessment tools suchas ACAS, Nessus, DumpSec, Nmap, WireShark, and Windows Command Line. Performing compliance audits using STIG viewer, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), and Xylok.Operating Systems included are Windows, Linux/RHEL based systems, & Virtual Machine(VM) environments (VMWare, Vsphere, etc.). Ensured all IAVM/IAVA’s were being addressed across the AFSCN for their SoftwareMaintenance Action (SWMA) patching process. Reviewed vulnerability scans and other cyberartifacts to verify that the most critical IAVM/IAVA’s and STIG’s were implemented. Reviewed cyber artifacts for project milestones to create Statement of Risk (SOR) forms forthe Government Cyber ISSM.

Space & Missile Defense Advisory & Assistance Services (SMDA2S) Role as the 1st Space Brigade Information Assurance Support Officer (IASO) that includedmanaging the Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS). This included all networkaccount requests for over 400 users assigned to the organization. 1st Space Brigade Senior VTC Technician and Coordinator conducting unclassified andclassified VTC operations worldwide to afford senior personnel within the command thecapability to manage outlying units and ongoing operations. Knowledge Manager of the 1st Space Brigade SharePoint portal. Operate as the content andsecurity advisor role on SharePoint managing all pages and permission sets for over 700-unitpersonnel worldwide. Provided IA and RMF policy guidance to the command to ensure allAR/DoD/NIST/DISA/CNSSI policies and procedures are adhered to.

NCMC-ITW/AA Sustained Support Contract (NISSC) Performed IA by analyzing data, policies, and plans on multiple DoD networks that includesensor and software systems, radars, command and control, and range-engineering servicesfrom DIACAP to RMF in accordance with DISA regulations and guidance. Generated plans, policies and other documentation for DoD networks to be submitted andapproved by DoD customers for RMF compliance. Worked as part of a team to analyze, construct, revise and submit administrative data forRMF compliance and ATO orders to be approved and continued. Knowledge covering all RMF Control Families and Control Correlation Identifiers (CCI’s);Administrative formatting of plans and policies (e.g. System Security Plans (SSP), TraceabilityMatrix’s, Topologies, Flow diagrams, Hardware and Software Lists, Security AssessmentReports (SAR), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), etc.) for RMF compliance; andeMASS/eMASS-J training.

112th Signal Battalion Special Operations Airborne / 114th Signal Battalion – Various Locations Launched 10 multi-national training exercises while supervising communications team of 16personnel. Achieved the 112th Signal Battalion communications standards and decreased deploymenttime by 20% by assigning areas of responsibility to subordinates. Trained 60 personnel to Install, Operate, and Maintain (IOM) the Special Operations Forces-Deployable Node Light (SDN-L) system in austere environments with 0% loss of connectivity. Maintained two SDN-Medium systems in Afghanistan that supported 55 users withcontinuous communications over multiple networks ensuring zero downtime in operationsover a 6-month period. Installed, configured, troubleshot and maintained network routers and switches thatsupported LAN/WAN activities. Imaged 65 computers with Windows 10 image to facilitate migration from Windows 7 toWindows 10 with 100% connectivity for all users during migration. Yielded seamless communications to DoD and DoJ elements over multiple states with 100%availability in 2 real-world exercises and 4 training events in a 6-month period. Inspected electrical systems to diagnose malfunctions with spectrum analyzers for line-ofsightsystems, radio systems, and satellite systems.
