    Introduced a wearable device utilizing GPS, BLE, audio processing, and inertial measurement units from proof-of-concept to mass production. Worked with a very tight budget and limited resources to set up a production line with a new CM in USA, performing NPI and ramp-up remotely during COVID-19 shutdown.Also brought up a third CM in China to mass produce (> 2M/yr) sensors for shot tracking, reducing costs while increasing quality. Sensors are sold to retail customers (through Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods, Apple) as well as golf club manufacturers (Cobra, PING, TaylorMade).
