Help lead, manage and coordinate the Ultimate Hoops Dallas Basketball league for Lifetime of Dallas. Role incorporates the coordination of weekly league games and managing schedules, photography and online social media.

• Duties of role include: focusing on customer needs; being the main point of contact for the customer throughout the claims process; and timely processing and adjudicating of first and third party bodily injury and assignment of property damage claims. Role explores all settlement opportunities and tools for resolution, and focuses on claim resolution with and without attorney involvement. Maintains excellent working relationships with departments within organization processing claims. Has the authority to deny all claims, approve claims up to $12,500 and makes recommendations to manager for claims in excess of this authority.• Awards and Achievements:o In September 2017 attained the highest injury disposition ratio for casualty claims processed in the branch office on my team and continues to be the top performer based on this KPI.o Mentored current liability claim representatives on my current role and educated them on how they can move into my role.
