Proactively seeking a new opportunity in the Aerospace and Defense industry as my current contract is ending. As a Mechanical Engineer, I am passionate about developing space qualified hardware to enable pushing the expanding horizons in space. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an emphasis in Aerospace Engineering, where I learned and applied engineering skills and practices in the development of mechanical systems.I currently work as a Mechanical Engineer/System Operator for Apex Systems, supporting a Walmart ASR automated fulfillment center, allowing accommodation of a large quantity of pick-up orders. One of my proudest achievements was leading the subsystem integration, testing, and software development of my senior design project, which was recognized as the Best Capstone Project of the year. I implemented inventive strategies, such as utilizing low-level hardware to conserve project budget, and delivered a high-quality product that met the client's specifications and expectations.
