The Associate Director of Client Enguagement & Quality Assurance (AD-CEQA) is in charge of ensuring that all client engagement activities (both on-site and during outreach), bridge case management, and harm reduction and overdose prevention services, are carried out according to well-articulated policies and procedures, including proper documentation and reporting. The AD-CEQA ensures that these practices are consistent, high-quality, effective, and evidence-based. The AD-CEQA supervises Client Engagement Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, and BSW/MSW interns; the AD-CEQA oversees or conducts a variety of trainings around client engagement services, especially harm reduction approaches and overdose prevention services (including naloxone administration and other crisis management planning). The AD-CEQA helps foster peer support by assisting in the facilitation of consumer advisory and advocacy groups, and by preparing and training clients to become peer support staff or take on other leadership roles (like Board membership). The AD-CEQA works with the Data Administrator to ensure necessary data is tracked and entered into the system in an accurate and timely manner, to gather appropriate guest/client feedback, and to report on quantitative and qualitative aspects of programming.
