About Evan Polin

I am passionate about helping people develop and grow their business development skills. I enjoy assisting others to get the most out of their abilities to ensure that they reach new heights when it comes to improving their business development skills. I enjoy coaching people through their sales challenges and guiding them to achieve revenue levels they never thought possible. Several years ago, I co-authored a book called Selling Professional Services the Sandler Way: Nobody Ever Told Me I’d Have to Sell which specifically focuses on business development and sales skills for professionals. I have developed a specialty around helping non-selling professionals (attorneys, accountants, engineers and consultants) learn how to develop new business and grow their existing accounts. We provide fractional sales management for small to mid-sized businesses that don’t have a need for a full-time sales manager but would like an expert to help them develop a sales plan, manage the sales pipeline, hold their salespeople accountable, and coach their salespeople to increase their results. We help small business owners and individual contributors grow their sales by helping them create a system to prospect more effectively and ultimately increase their closing percentage.
