• Currently working as Interim Global Change Lead for a global S4/HANA enabled business transformation for Zoetis• Part of leadership team integrating Virtual Recall (digital veterinary communications solution) into Zoetis and leading a geographic expansion in multiple countries• Worked on the integration of Abaxis into the Zoetis Diagnostics business with various roles including International Testing lead, Hypercare Lead and as part of the International Commercial Team• Led a high pressured SAP stabilization program involving over 40 consultants and staff that successfully enabled Stallergenes Greer to recover production and sales after an enforced shutdown due to a failed SAP implementation.• Worked directly with the CIO of Stallergenes Greer where I delivered considerable improvements in the governance and management of IT projects by designing, deploying and directing their global IT PMO. • Successfully led the divestiture of Pfizers Animal Health business in their European Shared Services Centre where I directed a team of 35 colleagues carving out SAP and Oracle financial data for legal entities in over 20 countries. • Enabled Zoetis to effectively separate on time from its master services agreement with Pfizer. I achieved this by performing key roles on their very successful EU & International SAP Deployment covering over 30 countries. Roles included program PMO design, hypercare management, country deployment manager (6 countries) and intercompany BPO.• Directed a multi year IT Infrastructure program to build a global core Infrastructure for Stallergenes Greer including a deployment of Office 365.

Projects include working as a change manager on a SAP HR Implementation managing a team of 45 people, developing a business case and RFP for a c200M euro HR Outsourcing proposal for a leading bank, I have also written strategy documents, economic reports and developed operating models for a variety of companies.
