As a collegiate athlete, Evan ran for NCAA Division 1 Track & Field Mid-Con Indoor Champions Track team at Oral Roberts University.A licensed Pro-Boxer, he also has a nack for picking apart problems and devising simple solutions.Evan's journey into helping others regain their physical strength and self-confidence began after a freak accident during military deployment left his right knee disfunctional preventing him from being able to walk without crippling pain for 5 years.Determined to reclaim freedom in his body, so that one day he could play with his son painfree. He became obsessed with seeking understanding about optimal human physical development and how to efficiently train the muscles without causing unnecessary damage to the joints. This led to succesfully working with world class athletes, to seniors with multiple pathologies, and everyday people looking to have a functional body they can be proud of.Evan's philosophy is based on finding the "Minimum Effective Dose" that produces Maximum Results.He is particularly grateful for his life experiences, which taught him the importance of determination and never letting circumstances stop you from being the best you can be.
