Accountable for creating forecasting analysis and machine flow reporting based on dealer reporting tools, historical market data, industry trends, customer purchasing habits, National Account requirements, demand management and macro & micro economic factors.Develop CRM business analytics team to support the Sales strategy through customer segmentation, predictive modeling, event modeling and profitability.
