My experience in teams across Analytics and Reporting, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Finance Transformation has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and deliver tangible outcomes and successful projects with meaningful impact to the business and improved profitability.I have strong data modelling experience building datasets and Power BI reports/dashboards in hand with technical skills and knowledge of BI concepts, SQL Server, and data warehousing. With my Finance and Operations background, I am very effective at understanding what the business wants and building analytical data models for both reporting purposes and discovering insights. I can then understand how the business is performing and advise on what’s required to improve efficiencies, profitability, and drive activity.With my technical knowledge and capability, in hand with both Finance and Operations knowledge, I’m able to lead project teams and manage stakeholders to achieve strong results. I have led a wide variety of projects, ranging from improving Business Unit Profitability, to Operations productivity, and driving better insights and data into various functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Merchandise. I use Robot Process Automation (RPA) technology to save time, improve and/or automate processes, to help drive the right business behaviours. I also build Power App solutions to fulfil business requirements and allow teams to proceed with speed.I am always striving to improve and grow.
