Working with medical trainees to develop new organizational strategies for those struggling to adapt to demanding schedules or balancing relationships due to academic needs. • Maintain appropriate documentation in an electronic health record system.• Host in-person and video conferencing appointments depending on medical trainee preferences and schedules.• Assist the Director of Wellness in guiding debriefing groups for programs, participating in mental health presentations, and responding to additional related requests from the college departments.• Based on medical trainee needs, create and deliver group sessions/presentations to help with known stressors and barriers to care when seeking mental health treatment.
