• Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of country financial results in accordance with closingtimetable IFRS requirements, and where required local GAAP.
• Tax analysis and processing- Prepare tax provisions, schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a database while ensuring that the right Tax codes are set and used and address all tax queries either internally.
• Cost allocations-perform proper analysis and reconciliations on the running projects and performrecharges and transfer of costs between the affiliates as per the budgetary allocations and signedcontracts/agreements.
• Ensure the accurate processing of invoices and payment of affiliates in accordance with their agreedpayment terms. Co- ordinate all IC Treasury for any settlement requirements /collections for all theassigned.
• Maintain the affiliates Loan accounts and ensure interests are paid and accounts reconciled on time to avoid penalties.

• Maintain the AP Ledger by reviewing it weekly to ensure that there are no errors that need to be corrected and to assess whether suppliers are being paid on time
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, particularly in relation to matching of purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices, and the appropriate authorization of invoices
• Ensure accurate processing of invoices and payment of vendors in accordance with their agreed terms of payment (ToP), utilizing vendor discounts where possible.
• Ensure appropriate withholding tax, and VAT and other applicable taxes are accounted for on relevant supplier invoices and remitted to the different revenue authorities
• End to end management of staff accounts: this involves processing of all the claims, reimbursements, and advances as per the company policy; performing reconciliations on the staff accounts and ensure all transactions.

• Preparing annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports (Income statement, Balance sheet, Management accounts and cash flow statements)
• Book purchase invoices, expenses and create sale invoices in Quick book
• Ensuring timely payments taxes and statutory payments -VAT, PAYE, Income tax, NSSF, NHIF and HELB
• Generating cash budgets and forecasts on a monthly basis and presenting to the Director,
• Debt collections and enforcing the credit policy.
