The mission of the Manitoba Arts Council is to promote, preserve and support the arts as essential to the quality of life of all the people of Manitoba.Coffieman gives a one week residency to different schools during the year. He teaches the students basic African Djembe Drumming technics and African Dancing routines. All is culminated with a showcase performance for the whole shcool and their families, letting the students strut their African stuff.
