As the Founder of Vijana African Voices Initiative, a youth-led community-based organisation, I am deeply committed to fostering community development and capacity building, enabling young people to take charge of their futures through life skills training and social behaviour change communication.My expertise spans across all facets of program management, from monitoring & evaluation and resource mobilisation to budget tracking and grant management.
