•Pre production/set up one hour before each live show•Check script for any grammatical and spelling errors•Scroll the script for anchors and specific guest•Communicate with producer on the direction of the show•Update the teleprompter after any changes are made to the script• Alert technical manager of any technical/physical issues with the teleprompter station or camera• Organize camera cables before the show• Test all camera functions before the show• Run Viz engine test with Technical Director to make sure the engines are functioning properly.• Check lower thirds, locators, full screens, and other graphics to make sure they animate properly.• Load hot board software and test its functionality.• Follow show rundown and director cues for direction on specific graphics that need to be revealed at distinct times.

Greenpoint Ymca

This experience was made possible Through the Green Point YMCA in partnership with ExxonMobil and NYU. I supervised the teens on a daily basis. Furthermore I used video and photos to document the daily activities of thirteen teens chosen for the Summer Youth in Science Technology Engineering and Math program. From this experience I joined the Greenpoint YMCA’ Y Scholars program where I ran the leaders club program. Duties Included: •Log videos and photos on a daily basis•Submit pictures for press releases•Edit press releases•Construct and implement press and media workshop for teens•Supervise teens through out the duration of the program•Creation of teen and emergency contact spreadsheet•Record and edit alumni final project presentation•Allocate daily tasks to Teens•Locate environmentally focused community service projects and internship opportunities for teenagers •Create and execute leadership workshops for high school students•Compose language for grant opportunities •Help in hiring process (interview and selection)•Case Management
