Currently, as the Director of Global Healthcare Solutions, Tamara strives to enhance good working relationships with each distinct company and the identified key stakeholders. Tamara facilitates negotiations on new business with C-level stakeholders, where she oversees project implementation, ranging from OEM qualification/validation projects to full repairs. Developed and executed strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals and address potential risks. Conducts internal continuous improvement projects. Implement On Time Delivery (OTD) Process to monitor efficient order management/process flow to avoid OEM contract penalties. Globally she plays an instrumental role in finalizing Letters of Intent (LOI), Last Time Buy (LTB), and Master Service Agreement (MSA) with various OEMs. During the Covid 19 pandemic, Tamara has been promoting sales of PPE products as a complimentary offering to DEX's existing services.

In her role as Director of Healthcare and IT solutions, Tamara provided leadership and direction to the Medical and IT teams which allowed these teams to grow dynamically. Established and implemented repair KPIs to be used for customer purchase orders and return material authorizations. During this time she engaged with Medical OEM customer to attain 10 year Strategic Supplier Alliance Agreement, awarded and launched a new repair site in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and implemented a repair project with hard savings of $29.9M over 5 years.

As a Senior Program Manager, Tamara was responsible for and managed numerous global high tech accounts encompassing Medical, Defense and Renewable Energy. During this time she achieved DEX’s first company UL certification for repairs--High Voltage Power Supplies for Defense OEM based on TSA requirements. Tamara drafted and implemented the Sensitive Security Information (SSI) company policy. During the latter phase in her role as Senior Program Manager, Tamara managed and cross trained DEX Wisconsin pod operations, including all HR functions, for the Supplier Warranty and Exchange Program. Both warehouse and office locations.

Tamara initially worked at Star Sprinkler in the Credit and Collections division prior to Star Sprinkler being acquired by Tyco. Upon being acquired by Tyco, Tamara continued her role in the Credit and Collections division, and also worked alongside the Research and Development team regarding warranty claims. During this time she achieved Six Sigma Greenbelt and helped the finance team to $8M of hard savings. Tamara was also a part of the ERP Selection Team and did SAP set up and installation. She thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the sales team on customer site visits and attended numerous trade shows. Most importantly, Tamara strived to deliver high quality customer service to all customers.
