As a Senior Program Manager, Tamara was responsible for and managed numerous global high tech accounts encompassing Medical, Defense and Renewable Energy. During this time she achieved DEX’s first company UL certification for repairs--High Voltage Power Supplies for Defense OEM based on TSA requirements. Tamara drafted and implemented the Sensitive Security Information (SSI) company policy. During the latter phase in her role as Senior Program Manager, Tamara managed and cross trained DEX Wisconsin pod operations, including all HR functions, for the Supplier Warranty and Exchange Program.
