I can help.I got my start in a molecular biology lab that, as an overachieving undergraduate, I designed and funded. Soon, my curiosity led me to neuroscience and psychology.I went to graduate school to understand the mind: how do we make decisions? Where do we falter and how can we do better? I dedicated my time learning to craft questions with surgical precision, analyzing data across new fields of research, defending extended lines of argument, and quickly crunching complex ideas into concise papers and presentations. Teaching taught me how to work with teams: to work with people where they are, figure out their needs and show up prepared to add value to their lives.
