CurrentResponsible for overseeing user experience of web properties.- Developing a culture of improvement. Facilitating A/B testing, measuring, and optimizing)- Identify department KPIs and apply goal tracking to improve converse rates- Identify and facilitate dynamic page content for segmented audiences.Work with the content team to identify SEO Opportunities to grow organic traffic- Apply keyword and content recommendations from the content team- Ensure web products are properly Indexed.- Improve product indexing capabilities.Lead Accessibility/W3 standards compliance across all web products- Identify and apply ways to improve Accessibility.- Work with the content team to develop standards and best practices.Develop new digital products- Develop intaking process and forms for new web requests to properly understand audiences, objectives, goals to be tracked, and unique positioning messages to be emphasized.- Develop templates and site maps that balance optimal user experience and conversion.- Operationalize content updates and work to continuously improve key metrics.- Set up reports for business owners, as well as monitoring and alerts.
