• Diagnosing and resolving issues with Office 365, Hosted Exchange and other Cobweb cloud services
• Use of the Odin Control Panel to serve customer requirements including placing and managing orders and creating customer/reseller users and admins
• Managing a personal case workload to ensure SLAs are met
• Escalating issues to the correct teams when the support team’s resources are not sufficient to resolve an issue

Gosport

• Repairing and upgrading of a variety of laptop and desktop PCs.
• Design and construction of PCs from sourced parts as per client’s specifications and requirements.
• Diagnosing issues and advising customers on recommended course of action.
• Sourcing and installation of parts for replacements (e.g. screens, hard drives, memory, etc.) both online and via telephone.
• Upgrading or downgrading of operating systems and other software according to client's needs and preferences.
• Cleaning all machines as standard procedure to ensure good heat management for best standards of client's satisfaction.

Russell Churcher Court

• Managing the kitchen, directing its staff and providing catering for 46 residents.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of outside catering functions.
• Liaising with suppliers via telephone to generate stock orders.
• Serve residents, guests and VIPs that may approach the kitchen hatch.
• Supporting the CEO office with administrative tasks.
• Use of Sage accounts to create job tickets for the maintenance team and pay invoices.
