I also served as the lead planner in the development and execution of all processing and security procedures for over 4,200 potential Marine officer candidates and staff members. As an advisor I assisted the commander with the development of innovative ways to effectively improve the processes and throughput of applicants by restructuring the training schedules and critical events. These actions improved the screening and selection process and reduced the attrition rate by 30%, and maximized the potential foe quality applicants to become future leaders.I also served as the Force Protection Officer responsible for the physical security of infrastructure, personnel, training areas.
