At Webcrafters, a company specializing in book production, I productively interfaced with both new and existing clients. Creative problem-solving and exceeding the needs of the most demanding customers is my specialty. In addition to consulting with clients' decision-making executives to guide them, educate them, and discover and refine needs, I also coordinate the projects on a cross-departmental basis through the entire cycle, from initial set-up to final delivery. This has given me the opportunity to analyze our own operations, make recommendations to boost efficiency and quality, and implement those changes with favorable and measurable results.

Singapore And Malaysia

After graduating with a degree in International Relations and a focus on economics, I worked for AIESEC, a non-profit in New York that arranged international professional work exchange. Through AIESEC, I found a position with Times Printers in Singapore and then asked to join their set up in Malaysia. I facilitated training their account executives in the nuances of communication to appropriately conduct sales and customer service with customers, primarily in the U.S., UK, and Australia. I significantly improved their production efficiency and quality by standardizing processes and instituting an increase in production check-points. I also wrote and implemented customer service and ISO 9002 manuals, trained personnel in their use, and monitored adherence to all standards.
